By using shortlist24.in (“Shortlist”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What Shortlist is
Shortlist provides tools to help students track internship applications, check resumes against job posts, and prepare applications. The tools are provided for guidance only.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
3. Your content
You own the content you add, such as your resume and notes. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, or anything unlawful, harmful or that includes other people’s private data.
4. No guarantees
ATS scores, generated cover letters, resumes and interview questions are suggestions. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or how any employer’s system will rate your application. Always check generated text before you send it.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or other users’ data.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape the site or abuse its features.
- Do not use Shortlist to send spam or to mislead employers.
6. Availability and changes
Shortlist is currently free and offered as a beta. We may change, limit or stop features, or introduce paid features, with reasonable notice where we can. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Shortlist is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on the tools’ output.
